There are no prompts. No challenges. No pressure to show up a certain way or produce a certain thing. The Atelier is a working studio, a private space where women who are in the middle of reclaiming themselves come to make things, hold each other lightly, and remember that the work is worth showing up for.

The hour is the thing. Everything else is just what makes the hour possible.

Every Thursday at 7:00pm EST, we gather on Google Meet. You bring whatever you are building. You set an intention. You work for fifty minutes. You report back. That is the whole structure. Simple enough that it stays out of the way.

Between sessions, the Discord is where we stay connected. Drop what you made. Name what you showed up for. Go quiet when you need to. There is no algorithm here deciding what deserves to be seen.

I built The Atelier because I needed it too. The tab I kept opening and closing. The hour that disappeared. Not a coach standing over me, not a system. Just a room with other women doing their own real work beside me, every week, without fail.

The format
How the hour
works.
Thursdays, 7:00pm EST. The ritual is the container.

Set your intention
Five minutes. Each woman names what she is here to do. Not a plan, a commitment. Drop yours in #the-hour before we start. The naming is part of the work.

Do the work
Fifty minutes of shared focus. Silent or ambient, your choice. Bring whatever is real right now: writing, brand work, art, business, the thing you have been putting off. No performance required.

Report back
Five minutes. How far did you get? No judgment. Just honest accounting of what happened in the room.
