You know, there was a time when I first stumbled onto all these brilliant spiritual tools I had no clue existed. Felt like a giddy kid let loose in a candy shop. I was all over the place, trying to soak up everything I could. Books? I collected them like a squirrel hoarding nuts. If someone even mentioned a film in my circles, I had to watch it. And I practically lived on social media, sniffing out the next big thing that could help me deal with my issues. Eventually, I started getting guidance from different coaches to level up my own life.

Every waking moment I could spare from my day job, or family chores, or catching a few winks, I spent learning. Learning about the might of our minds, and the magic we can work with them. The idea that just by tweaking our mindset, we could do a total 180 on our lives – man, was I sold on it!

I’ve always been someone who’s craved more. More growth, more wins, more accolades – you name it. Guess it was my way of grappling with self-worth issues I’d lugged around since I was a kid. So, you can bet, the prospect of a life makeover through positive thinking seemed pretty dang sweet.

But let me tell ya, when I first dipped my toes in, it was rough. Felt like I was lost in a maze, all scrambled and irked. I was straining, trying to force life instead of letting it flow. Kept clinging to control, instead of trusting the big cosmic plan. But when I finally loosened my grip, rolled with the punches, and embraced life’s curves and detours – that’s when the wheels started turning. The shifts were tiny, but they were real, and they convinced me I was on the right path.
